We are proud to reflect on a year filled with rewarding and diverse fitouts across Southeast Queensland.
In 2024, at RAW Commercial Projects, we had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. These included sleek offices with views overlooking the Brisbane River, transformations of CBD high-rises, and warm, welcoming allied health spaces, among others.
We approached each project with a commitment to delivering on time and within budget, creating modern, adaptable fitout designs that foster productivity and collaboration.
As always, we tailor each project to meet our clients’ individual needs. Some clients sought vibrant, flexible workspaces, others required to accommodate expanding workforces, and some aimed to future-proof their tenancies for the evolving market.
Thank you to our valued clients
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our valued clients. We truly appreciate the confidence you place in our team. These projects are not just about designs and constructions but fundamentally about people. Thank you for your collaboration and guidance. Looking back on 2024, here are some of our favourite office fitouts.
HDI Global
The project involved creating a new office space for a global insurer in Brisbane’s Central Business District. Fitout design focused on developing a modern and efficient workspace that reflected the company’s values and brand identity. The office features a contemporary open-plan layout, which includes collaborative workspaces, meeting rooms, and a breakout area. We delivered a functional and visually appealing office space that met the client’s requirements and exceeded their expectations. View the project here.
Levels 13 and 23, 140 Creek Street, Brisbane
We undertook the complete overhaul of the bathrooms and lobbies for leading property owners and asset managers, AsheMorgan. Creating a welcoming, warm arrival to the levels of this central business district office. Making use of classic colours and finishes, the areas are inviting and up-to-date with the style of a modern professional office. View the full project here.
Just Better Care
Aged care provider Just Better Care aimed for a new design at the Chermside Health Hub. Initially planning to replicate their previous cubicle setup, they shifted to a modern layout featuring open-plan offices after working with the design team. The new fitout includes four open areas covering 210 sqm meters, prioritising natural light and staff comfort. It also features a boardroom that doubles as a training space and a public reception area. View the full project here.
Xperion Accounting
We undertook the renovation of the Xperion Accounting office in Kenmore to enhance natural light and modernise the space. The design features a waiting area, two glass-fronted offices, and an open-plan workspace. It emphasizes contemporary lighting and a neutral colour palette, complemented by timber-look screens for added warmth. This modern update improves brightness, staff space, and client comfort. Level 12, 301 Coronation Drive, Milton
Our client in the Bachrach Naumburger Group building at 301 Coronation Drive, Milton, requested a new office design with separate access points for function and office areas. The project included a reception, executive offices, a boardroom, and an open-plan area, all featuring high-end finishes and accent LED lighting. We retained some existing elements to manage costs and prioritised long-lead items like joinery and stone benchtops. Key features included a secure service counter and a multifunctional space with a digital display, reflecting our collaborative effort to fulfil the client’s vision. View the full project here.
