Our Story - This is Us

Our story began a couple of decades ago when each member of the now RAW Commercial Projects Team started their career in interior design, construction, and commercial fitouts. Individually our team members pursued their interests and passion gaining valuable experience in all aspects of design, building, project management, budgeting, contract administration, estimation, relationship management and much more.

In 2017, after many years working for respected design and construction fitout companies, our Founder and Managing Director Richard Wiseman assembled an exceptionally talented and professional team. Based in Brisbane, RAW Commercial Projects services the interior fitout needs of business owners, tenants, facilities managers, and franchises from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast.

Although our staff has worked on a wide range of commercial fitout projects from retail shop fittings to industrial warehouses, as the RAW team, we’re focused on expanding our portfolio of projects to include medical and allied health services, offices and industrial spaces. Our services include:

Added to the mix are quality building materials, fittings and fixtures including flooring, lighting, equipment, and furniture. Under the expert guidance of our Project Managers, we coordinate and supervise only the best qualified and experienced trades to deliver remarkable fit for purpose spaces, reflecting the vision of our clients.
