Led by Managing Director and Founder Richard Wiseman, our close-knit team has extensive experience in interior design, construction, and fitouts in Australia and overseas.

We're a team of builders, designers and project managers.

Each member plays a vital role in ensuring the success of each project. Our flat organisational structure means we can communicate quickly, drawing on our combined knowledge and expertise to solve any problems.

We love our industry and take pride in our work and achievements. But we don’t rest on our laurels. Instead, we challenge each other to find a better, more cost-effective way to deliver value for our clients. Whether through new technology to improve processes or modern products to create a safer and more efficient working environment for our clients, we always learn and adapt.

The TL;DR version for the time-compressed: RAW Commercial are the best tradespeople in any field that we’ve ever worked with. I’d give them 6 stars if I could but Google’s cheap like that. Now for the finer points: Communication Brilliant. From initial consult, through proposal, design, squaring things with body corp, construction, hand-off and post-build service, RAW are second to none. Sandy Hunter (Client Relations Manager), Ryan Bosua (Precon Manager), and Richard Wiseman (Managing Director) are joys to deal with. At no point were we out of the loop. At no point were we uncertain about where things were at, what had been agreed upon, or what was coming up. The level of we’ve-got-this-and-you-don’t-have-to-worry that RAW provides is of a standard that I didn’t think was still being practised in any industry. Design Gorgeous. Take a look at the photos. In-house designer Alex Machado is an aesthetic sorceress. Willing and able to work with our ideas, deeply capable in bringing her own, and a deft hand at steering clients away from bad design decisions. Construction Superb quality, briskly implemented, with all of the inevitable hiccups that arise from any build communicated well, handled diligently, and solved in record time. Our project manager Chris Crombie was (and remains) an absolute asset. If you want a stoic, get-it-done tradie who cares deeply about your build before, during and after, Chris is your man. Hand-off Bang on time. What else do you need to know? Post-hand-off Our building has some quirks (not RAW’s fault) that created some minor hiccups post-hand-off, and Chris handled them like the pro he is. There’s no stress when you deal with RAW, because at every step of the way they show you they’ve got it covered. In closing We’ll build again, and there is no other contractor we’d dream of using besides RAW. That simple- which is how the build will feel if you go with them. Simple, easy, superb. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

RAW Commercial have provided us with the best tailored customer service around. I could not praise their responsiveness, timeliness and craftmanship more. Plus, their pricing was very competitive. Leading up to our office fit-out decision, I contacted 4+ companies. While the others were reasonably responsive to begin with, it somewhat eased off as we went deeper into our negotiations. I felt the others did not listen to us as a business and the design ideas we had in mind. RAW Commercial’s consultation process was thorough and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. They happily accommodated our frequent design changes and their communication was second to none. RAW Commercial delivered on their promise (design and timeline) and did so with integrity, professionalism, and great people skills (from all their staff). Ryan and Chris (our main POCs) were fantastic, and their designer Henna has an amazing eye for colour and design. From a business owner’s perspective, I can tell that Richard cares about his team and customers alike which is a natural recipe for success in my opinion. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
