Positioned at the rear of the tenancy, the breakout area has been designed as a social hub, incorporating a long banquette with integrated greenery, café-style flexible seating, a generous kitchen island for informal gatherings, and a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation. An additional video conferencing room, located behind the kitchen, provides a quiet space for virtual meetings while remaining easily accessible. The material palette combines warm neutral tones with rich walnut timber, bronze, and black finishes, complemented by muted greens, rust, and burgundy accents that add depth and character. The design intent was to create a contemporary, welcoming workplace that balances sophistication with personality. Warm ambient and feature lighting, layered textural finishes, and playful injections of colour within the ceilings and joinery bring energy to the space while maintaining a timeless and commercially appealing aesthetic.
