RAW Commercial Projects were appointed to completely fitout a property for Bell Total Logistics in Brendale. Established in 1878, Bell Total Logistics is one of Australia’s leading providers of International logistics services with offices and warehouses in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Brendale is their most recent acquisition to their expanding fleet operations.
The project started as an empty warehouse in November 2018, and with project completion in February 2019, the transformation of this space is amazing and our clients are thrilled with the finished product!
Our Interior Designer began with some concept drawings that were presented to the client; from there we coordinated all trades for a seamless project, hitting our time-frame perfectly.
When you walk through the front door of Bell Total Logistics you are greeted by an open office area, with a sweeping staircase to the right which takes you to the mezzanine floor with offices and a staff kitchen. The bottom floor houses an open-plan office, amenities and an additional staff kitchen.
Works on this project include:
- Construction of a structural mezzanine floor
- Offices both upstairs and downstairs including a total fitout for both floors
- An internal staircase to join both floors
- Bathrooms and toilets including disabled facilities
- Ceiling and partitions construction
- Air-conditioning
- 2 staff kitchens
- Desk design and supply
- Design and supply of flooring
- Window glazing and installation
- All electrical work including data access and lighting
