Hoffman Kelly

We were introduced to Hoffman Kelly by the leasing agents from JLL during our refurbishment of 444 Logan Road, they were looking to relocate from their current office at Coorparoo to create a new modern head office to help to retain staff and increase culture within the organisation.

A design brief was taken and a visit to the current office outlined multiple things that needed to improve for Hoffman Kelly when they relocated. We worked closely with the Directors to achieve a concept plan that everyone agreed on which included multiple client meeting areas and provided a large open plan breakout area for staff gatherings and to double as a training area.

The design was 940m2 of executive elegance, featuring polished concrete floor tiles, stone, timbers, full-height glass and New York style black window framing. There is a 14-person boardroom, meeting rooms, a staff kitchen that doubles as a training area, and plenty of light, airy modern workspaces for Hoffman Kelly and clients to enjoy.

Everyone involved was extremely proud of the result achieved.
