Safety and compliance are built into every stage of the RAW process, from early planning through to final handover.
We take the time to understand your business, your space and what you need from the project. From there, we shape the brief and provide clear advice on feasibility, budget, timing and compliance requirements.
Our in-house design team brings the brief to life with an initial concept plan, showing the proposed layout, design direction and overall look and feel. Every element is considered around your brand and how the space needs to function.
We prepare an initial cost plan and delivery program, giving you clarity around the investment, timeframe and key stages. For property owners, this can also support lease negotiations or finance applications.
Once the concept is approved, we develop the layouts, finishes, materials and functional details required for construction. We review everything with you, so you understand how the space will look and work before the build begins.
We coordinate our consultants and trade professionals to prepare a detailed scope covering the building works and required services. Once finalised, we provide a fixed-price proposal, Master Builders contract and construction program.
We coordinate the required building certification, building owner approvals and authority referrals. Managing these requirements early helps minimise delays and ensures the project is ready for construction.
A dedicated RAW project manager oversees the build, coordinating trades, quality, safety and timing. Regular updates and fortnightly meetings keep you informed throughout construction and ensure everyone remains aligned.
At practical completion, we inspect the space with you, manage any outstanding items and coordinate the final certification. You’ll receive the relevant handover documentation before the keys are handed over, supported by a 12-month defects liability period.
