The Brief

The client — located within the Bachrach Naumburger Group building at 301 Coronation Drive, Milton — required two separate entry points: one for a function space, and another for the private office environment. Deliverables included a functional space with furniture storage, a digital display system, a reception and waiting area, a security area, an executive space, boardroom, meeting rooms, executive offices, open-plan work area, and a kitchen-equipped breakout zone.

The Outcome

The completed level 12 fitout delivers a warm, executive-grade environment that balances the client’s functional requirements with genuine design quality. The blending of retained and new elements has been handled with care, and the dual-entry configuration works exactly as intended.

The Design

The final design incorporated dark timber and earthy tones to create a warm, sophisticated atmosphere. High-end finishes were applied throughout the executive offices, with accent LED lighting installed on custom desks. Simplicity in the joinery and considered accent flooring contributed to the overall refined aesthetic. Elements from the previous fitout were retained and carefully integrated with the new construction.

Construction

The construction was managed over a 10-week program, with RAW prioritising long-lead items such as two-pack joinery and stone benchtops from the outset to protect the program. Retained rooms from the previous fitout required careful integration with new construction — a task that demanded precision and skilled trades throughout.
